Two laps of the park now without mud but there was a big puddle to run round or through
According to runners who ran race 1 the start was further back and finish still in same place but most i spoke to ran faster than previous race.

This race is club race in two weeks i obviously needed to remind myself of the course, three laps at Sale 5 and four laps at Sale 10 for the last three years just didn’t stick in the memory bank.
