It was very hot and humid in the park which made it hard work and the going was soft after an early downpour. I was given a good run for my money by Joel the Lucozade man who, presumably after imbibing a sachet of his own product took off at top speed leaving me and Vinny to chase after him up the hill before eventually fading in the second lap.
