We celebrated our 1st birthday in some style with nearly 300 runners enjoying the 5k in the pleasant spring sunshine.
Perhaps spurred on by the birthday breakfast spread waiting for us at the café there was a lot of fast times and a good helping of PBs.
Rob and Jim came in first - we were needed on the results desk so it was just as well. We held off a large contingent of Stockport Harriers.
Peter scored a PB and Stuart made a first appearance.
Trevor had put an audio visual show of the highlights of the year with photos and videos.
Nick organised a fine breakfast and we handed out the prizes for the points competition – both mens and ladies winners had completed over 40 races!
