Well done to the ladies who beat Sale Harriers by 5 seconds to claim first club. Clare had a great first leg and was clearly up against some fast runners. Sue's finishing sprint made all the difference for the prize.
As for the men not bad from a bunch of old blokes given they were up against a load of testosterone fuelled 18-year-olds! (and some of the best young runners in the country)
Team position after each leg in brackets. Everyone did the same two-mile leg over good ground with the odd bump and quite a few twists. Post race beer racing was won by the "Alehouse" team. Students hey….
