A very competitive race and also between ourselves!  Seems to have turned into a Vets race, but we still managed to claim most of the category prizes (Rob – where were you?).

    Well remember me anyone. After a 10 year lay off starting running again with local track club.
    I ran first 10k in over 12 years and at aged 58 got third vet in 47.27 in 80 plus degrees so watch out Tony H as I am going to catch you up!
    On Tuesday nights we do track work just like you do but as is typical here in States we use a school cinder track. Reminds me of repping in Pownal Park.
