An excellent morning for all that helped to make a success of the test run and a fine 5k course.
Elsewhere in Nottingham Big Malc and Little Stu were running for Cheshire in the UK Inter Counties and World XC trials : Sue Hool was also running but sporting the colours of her native Cumbria .
