Tony has confirmed details for this coming Saturday (15th) : Cheshire & NW Counties Road relays @ Sefton Pk , Liverpool.
We also have teams entered for the Northern Road Relays : Saturday 29th September @ Birchwood.
Lets sort Saturday and Sefton first .
Ladies : 3 runners x 5.3k @ 13.30 pm
Men : 4 runners x 5.3k @ 14.30pm ( two teams entered).
I have googled Sefton Park and it looks like a 50 minute drive : Football traffic may need a few minutes adding on : not sure if Everton or Liverpool at home .
I am trying to get mens and ladies teams out ( Dr Kate on hols) . As one of Cheshires premier clubs , a good showing is important .
I have some names already but we do need some more : we have a number of injuries and n/a so this a great chance for some of our exciting talent to step up to the mark and to have a go at a relay . They are great fun and really team based .
