The ladies may not have come away with medals this year but we put in a strong performance for our first year in this league. Jo had a great last race coming in 23rd, Catriona looked strong at the finish having walked the dogs for 6 miles in the morning and then going off to run again in the evening in preparation for the London marathon.Penny out sprinted the Warrington runner behind her with style – LV45 versus senior lady – no contest!
