Fourth race in Summer Series
Apart from the hills, the rain, the wind and the cold and the fact that with a Wilmslow turn-out of 29 we scored minimal points this was an enjoyable evening. Well worth missing the European Cup Final for. Excellent beer in the Shady Oak was the only saving grace.

I remembered last night why I avoid races with hills ! Ah well. Not mad keen on Jennings , a bit sweet for me . I have mailed the race organiser to say well done and suggest he ups entry by £1.50 and asks the pub to lay on some sandwiches and chips . Nick B.
