This gives information on the Mens 12 stage and ladies six stage relays. It also shows last years results as a benchmark. We have an opportunity to show our talents on a big stage. Don’t be put off by logistics and the time needed to take part. Within reason , logistics of legs are resolved before the event meaning that you need only spend your own leg time at the race or any time you wish to devote to supporting your colleagues !!
I think relays are great fun and for those who have not previously been part of a relay team , a novel experience.
We are half way to a full team , only a small push needed.Please can you let me know by email if you intend running , or maybe just want more information.
It takes perhaps 30 seconds to do nothing and ignore this , but only 30 seconds more to throw your hat in the ring !! You know it makes sense!!
