For those of you that might be available on a Wednesday afternoon and fancy
a run. I am organising another Police Cross Country Race at Wilmslow Rugby
Club. You are all welcome to compete as guests. 2pm Weds 27th October
If you did the race last year the course will be slightly longer this year.
I am aiming for about 5 miles for men and 3 miles for women.
