Help wanted: We need a 4th Lady runner to help Di, Nic and Katy at the Cheshire Relays 20th September at Haydock park. It’s a 4.2k x 4 relay. Unfortunately Rebecca has had to pull out. If you can help fill in the place let Nick know.

WRC Strava League finished yesterday.
Richard led Dan and Rob on distance. However thouth the same three were top on time ran –this time Rob jumped ahead of Richard and Dan. Climbing went as as expected for leader – our national hill runner : Rob. But so close for second where Mike pipped Graham by 9 metres.
