Unable to run at the moment. And watching you all run/jog/jiggle around the track doing your reps last night. I thought why not build up some core strength.
Having had the gym I was intending to use on holiday closed down after 5 days. I have decided to see how long you can hold a plank position for once a day until Christmas and build up your endurance. Can you get to 5 minutes? 7 minutes?
