A few of our runners chose to wait for fine weather on Sunday to make use of the monthly free 10k trail run at Lyme Park. No times and results are published, but it is a good way of building up strength and clearing the head after a Saturday night out. It usually takes place the fourth Sunday in the month – subject to events o ij the park. The next one is scheduled for the 24th of November.
Some, possibly all, who ran are pictured below. Can’t see who is hiding behind Laura, but Tracy, Paul, Craig, Richard and Paul were there for the start. As was the Downs Family!
It seems Paul being oldest club runner running needed to carry the route around on his vest so he didn’t get lost? 🙂
