MATCH 3 – SATURDAY 1 DECEMBER – WOODBANK PARK – NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY
The Post-Match Two / Pre-Match Three Update, the Team Results for Match Two and the Cumulative Team Results are now on the league website.
Any queries please let me know. Please take time to read the notes and check the results and let me have any queries. The course map and venue notes for Match Three will be posted on the website soon. (Course maps will be displayed on Match Day but paper copies won’t be available).
PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED AT THE START AND FINISH AREAS...Both areas should be clear of everyone other than the competitors and the officials.
The entry lists posted on the website prior to Match Two will be updated on Friday. Please check the entries listed to ensure you are entered. You retain the existing number…Remember to bring with you!!

Entries for Match Three will close at mid-night on Wednesday 28th November. THERE WILL BE NO ENTRIES ON MATCH DAY. Runners who knowingly use another runner’s number will be liable to disqualification.
SLOWER MEN – a reminder, if they wish, may run with the women, i.e. a shorter distance or, if they wish, may run a shortened Men’s race, i.e. two laps of a three lap course. Clubs may offer this option to those of their members they think may be interested. In either event, they would not count for their team and they would not be eligible for any awards. However, having taken one of the options at one match, they could opt to return to the full Men’s race at another match. Members should be entered in the usual way but if they choose to take one of the shorter options, the club contact should report to Registration before the race where they will be given a different number for that race only.
