Tuesday Training – Jim Evison

Tuesday training is on the Jim Evison playing fields, using a marked 400 metre track, as we have previously done. The field has just been cut, and I will inspect late afternoon Tuesday, to ensure it is dry.
Meet at the club per usual…If we need to change, we will use the 650 road circuit, as we can replicate the session virtually.

We want to hit the 400s at a good pace, and with strict recovery…starting the longer intervals with a an elevated HR, but with some oxygen back in the tank…We are mimicing fast race pace.
