Tuesday Training – Newgate – Meet at club

Much uncertainty again on the weather this week…the best option is Newgate Nature Reserve…6.45 at The Club. 

Changing around the sequence there…

6 X200M fast stride outs…as opposed to 100% sprints…(jog recovery)…Think technique and dynamic movement. (G3/4 5X200M)

4 X1175 (2.15 recovery)…G3/4 3X1175

4 X475M (jog recovery)…200m leading to 275 hill and through to brow of the hill. Muscle & mind memory…finishing fast on tiring legs! Dont pull a muscle being Usain Bolt on the final effort!

The legs start to tire when the mind tells them…train the mind!
