Club Training – Reps;

Reps.  Unless advised otherwise Meet at the club at 6:45 ready for our Rep Sessions. Typically these will consist of a warm up [2-4k], a set of reps of various sessions [5-6k] in ability groups and then a cool down jog. .

Bring Hi-Viz vest when evenings are dark as we may do the warm up/reps on various roads.
