Rules

Each of the parkrun groupings count as one race the WRC Series. Complete all four in a single group to qualify for points. The league is worked out by adding your times together for all four. You can improve your position over the year by re-running parkruns as many times as you like.

Thanks to Elspeth for collating the results.

  2. Yes, thanks to Elspeth.
I need to revisit Lyme where I was some 3 – 5 minutes slower than I have run it previously. There is certainly room for improvement at the others once my ‘ParkRun Buddy’, and target, Ian recovers fully from Covid. Work in progress!
