There were a few events on last week.
Jan had a starring role in the Leeds Triathlon.
A large number of our runners braved the weather and took to the hills, ups and downs at the Boars Head.
Whilst a few people ran the Birchwood Park 5k – a part of the North Cheshire 5k Grand Prix. All reports and results are on the website.
Looking at the WRC Strava League:
- On distance it was again a case of RichardC [93.1k] pipping ClaireC on distance. Julie was third putting in the miles for her up and coming challenges.
On running time the Time Traveller – now more hip than hop- was ahead of Jules with Rob third.
On ascent Rob on top with Huma a bit behind in second then Markus.
Longest run: Jules [30.2k]
Other 20k+ runs were completed by Claire and Laura with GrahamS just missing out [19.0].
