New Zoom links for Rebecca’s classes

Hi all,

So we’ve been in lockdown for that long I’ve had to set up new links for the workouts!

I’ve also got a new client on a Thursday at 8am meaning I’ll have to change the class after this week.

Options are- either move the class to 10am, do the class on a Friday or do a completely different time?!

I did a mobility/ stretch class on Thursday which went down well so I was thinking I could do one of these either in addition ( maybe an evening?) or do it every other week instead of the HIIT style?

Let me know your thoughts  and also lets see what Boris has to say…

Thanks again for support and contribution for attending, it really does mean a lot and I think we have all benefitted when lacking in motivation!

Tuesday 10 am Upper body

Tuesday 3pm Core

Wednesday 10am Lower body

Thursday 8:30am HIIT or mobility (last one at this time)
