So we’ve been in lockdown for that long I’ve had to set up new links for the workouts!
I’ve also got a new client on a Thursday at 8am meaning I’ll have to change the class after this week.
Options are- either move the class to 10am, do the class on a Friday or do a completely different time?!
I did a mobility/ stretch class on Thursday which went down well so I was thinking I could do one of these either in addition ( maybe an evening?) or do it every other week instead of the HIIT style?
Let me know your thoughts and also lets see what Boris has to say…
