A few of our members ran the Cheshire 10 k Sunday.
Andrew liked it. His view:
Quick course, great weather and a quality field helped this old man to a V50 PB of 37.16. Happy with that given the limited miles due to niggles. Fair play to Run Through, getting us racing once again in a safe, distanced way, Arley Hall is a perfect remote location and even the late course change demanded by the authorities, didn’t harm the quality. It was so good to feel the pre race nerves, see so many familiar faces, experience the race pain, the hard finish and now the positive aftermath.

Great run by Tim – a PB I believe.
I am not sure what happened to Richard. He was going so well for 8.5k Hope it’s not an injury – [He got a stitch!]
Well run everybody, especially Andrew after all his injuries. Good to see that Tim gets younger by the day – now a V35!
