Injuries took toll of some of the ladies intending to run  the 15k Trail Challenge, but Jan and Sue, supported by the injured Julie and Carolyn, completed the course. They look like they had the best weather on Saturday including Rainbows to finish with.

Jan, liking the ups and the alongs but not the downs! Seemingly got through the race  without getting too muddy. Good times for a tough course. Well done ladies.

    Thanks Patrick! We had two lovely supporters who sadly are both injured. Carolyn and Julie both did an admirable support job in the rain and cold! Thanks to both of them!

    Looks like a ‘walk in the park’ Jan! Is the blue line superimposed over the mountains an ECG of your heart rate?!? Well done (and Sue as well!)
