Just a reminder that Match 2 is Saturday the 9th November at Kenworthy Woods. Speak to Janine and/or Andrew if you need to ask anything with regards to running.
The course is a mix of grass, trail and woodland running (no tarmac). We recommend that you bring both studs and trail shoes and that you then decide on shoe choice prior to your race. The address:

There is generous on site parking, please do not park on the drive leading into the fields, this is a narrow approach and cars will be leaving, in addition to arriving.
Also note that Match Three, originally booked for Saturday 7th December, will now take place on Sunday 8th December. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. It’s still at Arrowe Park and the timetable remains the same with the first race due off at 12 noon.
Lastly Match Four of The MACCL is at Tatton Park…Saturday 11th Jan. Wilmslow RC is to be the host club. Its a fantastic venue. Please look out for an email about the help that will be necesssary! Thanks All. Nick.
