It’s at the Festival Hall. It’s a 60 minute class from 10.30-11.30am every Wednesday
Great for runners to build strength in the pelvic stability muscles and overall strength and flexibility.
Men and women attend, I have a regular attendee Colin that is a keen runner and finds the class really beneficial. Feel free to come along and give it a try .

Her class description is:
Pilates is an exercise program that focuses on the core postural muscles that help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of neutral alignment of the spine and strengthening the deep postural muscles that support this alignment, which are important to help alleviate and prevent back pain. If you have one, please bring a full length Pilates mat. If not you can use one of mine.
