With so many new club runners this year and to bring a different challenge to our runners Thursday evening’s run will start from the Festival Hall, Alderley Edge (Talbot Road, SK9 7HR). We will run up to the Edge and then around the route of the Wizard course before running back down to the Festival Hall. This will be an ideal opportunity for anyone who wants to familiarise themselves with the route, whatever your running speed.
Meet at the Festival Hall for a prompt 7:00 start. If you want the shorter option of just running the course (approximately 5 miles) we will get to the start for about 7.15 – 7:20. The start is near the Wizard itself, at the bottom of the ascent that we met at for training last week.
Please park considerately at the Festival Hall and remember that Hall users have priority over use of the car park.
The race itself is on Tuesday so there will be no training at the Club that night.
