We’re looking for some fresh faces to join the organisation of this prestigious event. We’re going through a period of change and modernisation and would like to recruit some new members to the Support Team.
The event is evolving towards a Running Festival with a wide appeal to our local communities. It’s purpose is to involve local people and to reward the local community with investment in sporting facilities, such as the Hockey Club, the Rugby Club and the Running Club. As Clubs, we all rely on the income of this event. We’re also proud that the event generates a considerable amount of income for a wide range of charities, including our partnership charity, which has been Christies over the past few years.
We’re looking for skills in social media and marketing to build our awareness and recruitment drive, we also need people to help us to respond to runners’ queries and people who can help in the organisation and logistics of the event.
Club members and family or friends are all welcome. We simply need a strong team that’s committed to having fun, whilst working hard to put on a top class event. If you’re interested in being part of the team, or know someone who is, please contact Catriona Marshall at catrionamar@me.com.
