After a good suggestion, we have decided to fill the August gap in the Series with Andy O’Sullivan’s 35th 5k race. Many of you will know Andy, who has supported our club well over the years. The race is a two lapper around a reservoir in Whitworth, Rochdale.
Our final addition to the series in October is likely to be either the Halloween Hellraiser or the October MACCL Cross County fixture

Sun Sep 2nd. As a result of the postponement of the Trafford 10k we have both it and the South Cheshire 20 mile. The 20 miler, as a Cheshire Grand Prix race, will take priority for points.
