A group of WRC runners took to the hills of Lyme Park this Sunday to do a route of about 10 miles led by Paul Garnett and Rob Downs. All speeds were catered for, Ian Smallwood was a brilliant sheep dog rounding everyone up, even running up hills twice! It was a weekend with an emphasis on mud, especially for those of us who had ploughed through the boggy course at Boggart Hole Clough the day before.
