The Mow Cop Killer Mile this year is on Thursday 28th April.

The organisers are holding the postal registration open for us for a while. 
(Note – you can enter on the day, but only for the last race, not the Club/Veterans categories).

Men and Women run together. Note kids race at 6.30pm.  See also the poster.

  • Club Runners 6:50pm–7:10pm
  • Veterans( 40+ years) 7:10pm–7:30pm
  • REGISTRATION FEES: £3 (Adults)£2.50(Under 13yrs)
