I’d be grateful if you could get all contributions to me by next Tuesday, 24th.
This will enable me to include this coming Sunday’s Birchwood 10k which is critical to the Cheshire Grand Prix, particularly for the girls, ( The Men and Ladies teams are currently both in first place) and is also Race 9 in the club Summer Series.
I’d appreciate results from any races over the last month. I have the Forest ‘5’ and also Shuttlinsloe and Rudyard should be available soon but I’ve nothing else.
We could also do with some words on races, or anything else. George has offered to do something on Rudyard and Nick’s piece on the race in Switzerland must surely by now be well on its way.
Also we need nominations for Runner of the Month for both July and August.
